Bay Cities COVID-19 Updates

Packout_Safety

March 16, 2020

To our valued customers, partners and vendors:

As a follow up to our earlier communication, we decided to implement additional safety measures.

Our employees will be given the choice to work from home where applicable. We have been building our tools for a while to allow a more flexible workforce that can react quicker to serve our Client’s needs remotely. We are also implementing a “restricted visitors” policy. This move is to limit the influence of visitors who unknowingly may be a threat to our ecosystem and ultimately the community’s wellbeing. We will utilize an approval process to make sure these limited visits are required for go forward processes to continue our excellent Client Service.

In turn, we will be limiting our Sales Professional’s visits to Clients as we want to be certain these visits are mission critical to the success of our Client’s needs. We will be utilizing the wonderful tool “the phone” and Skype meetings to conduct business. Please be vigilant with your requests in requiring a face to face meeting with our Sales Professionals. Obviously, we know our Clients many times require physical samples for form, fit and feel so we will be utilizing the best methods for the delivery of such examples. Our Design department is looking into an option to 3D Model our wonderful designs to avoid unnecessary meetings. We know these are very challenging and extremely uncertain times and we want to do what’s best for our Clients, our employees and our community.

We will continue to operate our equipment and packout facilities. We are here for you and ready to serve you and your display and packaging needs. If you have any concerns around your specific project(s), please reach out to your dedicated Bay Cities sales or customer service professional.

We will continue to collect information with respect to best practices in order to assure the health and safety of all our customers, partners, employees, associates and their families. We will keep you posted if anything changes to our business situation.

Sincerely,

Greg Tucker

CEO
