The Opportunity:
KC HiLiTES needed a protective, retail-ready packaging solution for their 9-light Gravity/Pro6 truck lighting system, an oversized, premium product requiring secure handling and a strong visual presentation upon unboxing.
The Solution:
Bay Cities developed a structurally sound custom carton with multiple inserts to protect each lighting component during transit. Designed for use by a third-party logistics partner, the solution emphasized ease of assembly without sacrificing protection. We also included interior print graphics to reinforce branding and provide instructions directly inside the box, adding value and enhancing the customer experience upon opening.
The Result:
This project showcases Bay Cities’ ability to engineer complex, protective packaging with retail impact and fulfillment efficiency in mind. The final solution supported both product safety and a premium branded experience.
