- Full ownership of Royal Bay, a 233,000-square-foot packout and fulfillment facility in Oak Forest, Illinois
- Continued investment in digital printing, including Digital Print Partners in Chicago, along with automation, AI, and sustainable packaging innovation
Leadership Perspective: Growth Through Reinvention

Her appointment also formalized the company’s long-term succession plan, positioning her as the company’s CEO successor.
